  • Transfer News : Pep GuardIola target Isco as David Silva's replacement

    Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola keen on a move for Real Madrid star Isco as the replacement for veteran  David Silva according to Marca.

    The former Valencia midfielder who joined the citizens in 2009 has confirmed that 2019-20 would be his final season with the Manchester club which prompt the Premier League champions to look for a possible successor and
    has seen the Real Madrid midfielder as a prime target, with the  Catalan manager keen to bring him to the Etihad Stadium.

    Isco has seen playing time hard to come last season while playing under Julen Lopetegui and his successor Santiago Solari but may consider remaining for at least another year and work with Zinedine Zidane who he won 3 Uefa champions league tittle with during his first stint with the Los Blancos .

    Pep Guardiola also identify Athletico Madrid Rodri as a replacement for ageing Fernandinho .
